Sliding doors (3) to backyard from hallway and from living room and 3rd bedroom (great for an office). Laminate flooring, fresh paint. Outside yard is small, but wraps around the house. Orange trees. Nice 2 car garage is attached (but not direct access).Please note this house does not have a driveway and only 2 cars are allowed here. Community area includes tennis courts and pool and spa. Easy access to 118 freeway. Only two cars for this rental.

Tenant pays all utilities. Community has tennis courts and pool and spa. No smoking in the house. Tenant is responsible for landscaping inside the fenced yard area. (owner will trim orange trees every 2 years) Outdoor pest control paid by owner. One year minimum lease.
Must park cars in garage at all times. (cannot use garage for storage)
