Noise & Use: Quiet environment required at all times. Excessive noise, gatherings, or disturbances are not permitted.
Restricted Areas: No access to the backyard or other areas of the main property.
No Pets / No Smoking / No Drugs:
Pets of any kind, smoking/vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Occupancy & Use: Unit is for residential use only. Subleasing, short-term rentals, or commercial use are not allowed.
Financial Terms:
Rent: $1,395 per month
Utilities: $100 per month (flat rate, as described above)
Lease Type: Month-to-month tenancy
Move-In Costs:
First month's rent due at move-in
Refundable security deposit equal to one (1) month's rent
