  • Andrea E.
"Amazing neighborhood. Quiet and clean. I have no fear of walking at night or leaving things on my porch. Close to shopping if all kinds, has, busses, main roads. "
  • Karlos2121

  • Danny M
"They care for their dog and others. The leash law is followed as well as muzzles if necessary. People do clean up waste while walking dog. I did notice cats loose at times."
  • Ugotsteph

  • Caroline W. B.
"I've lived in the area for 3yrs and I Love it . The neighbors are friendly and it's quiet . I highly recommend this neighborhood m"
  • Andreare
"Safe neighborhood, no run down homes, pretty yards, nice people. close to schools and stores. 3 miles from downtown or shopping up north."
  • Heidi M. H.
"I love the Garland District. It has been a great place to raise our family and is close to everything. We have great neighbors and enjoy the shops on Garland."
  • Jessica R. B.
"Really think this area is great!! Have lived here for 7 years and haven't had any issues with neighbors or crime. The only issue is that during summer and the Franklin Park near by there is less parking during game nights. But within walking distance to the park is a major plus for walking the dog or taking the kids to the park. The neighbors have been great on our block and the traffic is minimal. We rarely hear traffic from Division or Wellesley. Really close to a lot of things: the mall, schools, park, grocery store, Shadle Park, Northtown Mall and Northtown Square. "
