This two bedroom one bath flat family home is located in the Miller section of Gary. Close to schools, library and public transportation including South Shore Train station. It is a nice size house for a family of three, a nice starter home for a couple and roomy enough for a single person.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities: trash, sewer, water, electric/gas, and utilities must be transferred prior to moving in. A $50 monitoring fee is added to the rent for the the installed ADT security system. The basement Is off limits except for the laundry area. No pets.
