This is A PRIVATE ROOM FOR RENT in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, with shared common areas. It is intended to be rented for a short term

The home is located in a well-established Willo historical neighborhood in downtown Phoenix just a couple blocks from the Phoenix Art Museum, Light Rail Access, Freeway Access and numerous restaurants and social spots. The house has been partially remodeled with wood floors throughout, energy efficient appliances throughout. The room for rent is partially furnished.

A small cat or dog is allowed with a pet deposit. We have several small dogs already.

We are a professional working couple. We would appreciate someone who keeps the main living areas/kitchen clean, and cleans up after their pets.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
