Crestwood Village is an age-restricted community for residents age 55 or older in Frederick, MD, with close proximity to all the amenities the city has to offer.
We have a beautiful clubhouse that contains a computer room, library, fitness room, pool tables, kitchen, and several meeting rooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the clubhouse. Additionally, we have an outdoor swimming pool, shuffle boards, tennis courts, and a mini (putt putt) golf course.
The association website and a monthly newsletter keep residents updated on the many and varied community, social, special interest and service opportunities available to all residents. Community-wide meetings are held once a month.
Some of the services provided to the community through our monthly Homeowners' Association dues include lawn care, leaf and snow removal, curbside garbage and recycle pickup, basic cable television, and a security patrol. Our community bus makes scheduled runs for church services, mall, and grocery shopping.

Renter responsible for utilities. Monthly community association fee is paid by landlord. No pets, no smoking allowed. Lease term 2+ years preferred.

Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
