This is a modest two bedroom, one bath house on a very large lot. Many updates have been done. The house is heavily insulated. Newer windows. For a small home, all rooms are spacious. Newer roof. Newer plumbing in crawl space with PVC piping per the seller. In 2005, seller had a spacious 2.5 car garage added and all the concrete driveway was added at the same time.     "By bus it’s a 30 minute ride to downtown, 30 minutes to the Lansing Mall. By car it’s just about the same. Traffic is pretty reasonable. Overall my neighborhood is pretty quiet, neighbors aren’t overly friendly but we speak and for the most part keep to ourselves. While there are quite a few dog owners, doggos aren’t noisy nuisances."
