The house has a large kitchen with lots of cabinet space and a separate dining room. The master bedroom has a private en suite full bath and there's a second full bath in between the other two bedrooms. There are mini split ACs throughout the house. Washer/dryer in the basement. There is gravel parking in the back of the house and beyond that a small grassy yard.
Please note: this is a two family house, this is the first floor unit. There is a separate unit upstairs accessible by a private staircase in the back, the apartment is rented to a quiet working person.
The house is currently furnished, but can be unfurnished as well.
 Renter pays for gas and electric. Owner pays for internet, trash pick up, water and maintains the property.

    "I live and work here and have my whole life. I know all my neighbors, shopping is only 2 miles away for groceries. The mall is 2.5 miles from here. Beaches are within 2-3 miles away. We have a fresh water pond across the street. The public beach is 1.5 miles away and there is boat access there. It is a very desirable neighborhood."
