"I've lived here for 21yrs. My 3 children grew up here. They went to school here. and now 2 of the 3 have purchased a home in the area. I know each of our neighbors by name and there family members. We have been to and hosted parties. Everyone is very friendly here. there are 8 homes on our road. A few are part time residents. 2 new home owners within this last year. "

"You can hear the ocean while you walk down Old Wharf Rd. In the summer there is always an ocean breeze. There are many families and children here all summer."

"The area is convenient to downtown Dennisport, including the library, laundomat, bakery, and local shops. The main road connects right to Rt. 134 and the highway, passing banks, a grocery store. gas station, and much more. There is a garden nursery within walking distance as well as a local favorite restaurant. "
