The units A & D are available. Fresh painted throughout the whole walls. The unit is located at the cut-de-sac with a private fence around for the safety. It is a very quiet and safer place in the open lot for the children to play . It is close to the downtown and easy access to the interstate of 49, 71, & 435. Very closer to Johnson County location. It is central AC and replaced a couple of summer with a brand new AC with every unit. A brand new washer and dryer will be installed. It is very clean and safer for the children. Ample places to park including the cup-de-sac. For the resting, BBQ at the fenced backyard & relaxing on the back porch. Brand-new bottom Kitchen set. To qualify to be a tenant: No eviction & bankruptcy history, 3 times incomes for the rent, reasonable credit score, and good rental history. It will not stay longer.
