This is a 4-Bed / 2 bath plus spa, Alaska themed pet-friendly apartment-home, nestled in the forest below the Chugach Mountains in peaceful Southside Anchorage. Perfect for travel nurses, doctors, teachers, and business professionals with families. Only available for 1 to 8 month leases, September through May. Full kitchen, dining, bathrooms, shower, tub, full-size washer and dryer all included! All towels and linens are provided. Weekly cleaning and laundry services are available for a small extra fee. Enjoy the outdoors with your own private deck out back with a dining table and gas barbecue grill. The neighborhood is very secure, outside the noise of the city, but close enough for easy access to shopping, schools, and hospitals. Walking trails and cross country ski trails are accessible from our property. Public transportation makes daily rounds to our neighborhood if needed. You can walk to hiking trails from your front door. During the winter, you can snow shoe, drive, or ski over to Hiltop ski resort for downhill ski-lifts and world class cross country ski trails. Come home each night to a luxurious and spacious apartment with a dream spa bathroom for long relaxing soaks in our 2-person heated tub. High-speed WiFi. Every bedroom has its own Smart Roku TV. Five (yes 5!) Smart TV's with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, AppleTV, Peacock, and Paramount+ streaming services included! Please note this is a lower level apartment in a Vacation Lodge that has 3 apartments in total. The upstairs apartment runs as an nightly vacation rental, so there are guests changing out every few days. Although it has extensive soundproofing throughout, you will still hear foot traffic from above. Tenants sensitive to this type of noise should be advised. This is not a party house. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM, we ask all guests and tenants to reduce excessive noise and no late night parties are allowed.

This lease is all inclusive, fully furnished, all utilities included. Full property maintenance provided for year round upkeep and access.
