Just three houses on the street, this stand-alone home is settled in the back of the property making this idelic listing peaceful, quiet, comfortable, and cozy.

I am interested in a short-term 1 to 3 month lease, and if it is a good fit, I am open to a longer term lease. This home is located on an active horse property, and while the horses are secured behind steel fencing, there are inherent risks living among horses. There are also 2 cats, 2 dogs, and chickens on the property as well. Pets may be negotiable on a case-by-case basis.

Rent is set at $2,500 monthly fully furnished; water, garbage, sewer included. Electric and Propane not included, and is the responsibility of tenant. The home uses very little, to no propane in the summer (stove/ oven only). Contact me, prior to completing application - potential tenants should preview the property first for suitability.

Lease: 1 - 3 Months
Deposit Details: Landlord will cover post-move out cleaning. If pets are allowed, deposit amount and refundable amounts may be different, but will be expressly covered in the lease agreement.
Deposit Amount Refundable: $1,000
Monthly Pet Fee: $0 If pets are permitted, deposit is non-refundable, and will evaluate on case-by-case basis
