This 2 bedroom apartment has a lot to offer, it just underwent a complete renovation that included new flooring, a new kitchen, a new bathroom, refinished hardwood floors, and new appliances. This apartment has off-street parking in the back. 559-2 Silver St is located in the friendly Somerville neighborhood and is less than half a mile from exit 5 on I-293, making for an easy commute to any location for food, school, work, or play.

This owner is currently accepting section 8 and VASH.

The rent is $1,695 per month with heat and hot water included. Tenant is responsible for electricity. An additional pet charge is $50/per month for each cat and $75/per month for each dog. We do have breed restrictions. Please make sure your dog qualifies before applying. To move in, we require one month's rent on the day you move in and one month's rent as a security deposit within three days of signing the lease. The second month's rent will be prorated based on the day you move in.

This is an older, classic style neighborhood with plenty of quaint & cozy houses, such as the many 1950's Cape Cods, that make great little starter-houses for couples, and are just large enough for small families to settle down.
