There is a desk and chair, chest of drawers, full-size bed and bedding, accent chair, and ottoman, 32' flat-screen TV with HBO and premium channels, two burner electric stove top, air fryer, drip coffee maker, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, towels, wash cloths. Pick-up and drop-off laundry service is available through the CleanCloud app.
Light cascades in from the windows and balcony French doors by day. At night, the insulated glass of the windows and doors, along with the darkening window treatments provided, provide peace and quiet. Neighborhood conveniences and privacy make this studio apartment perfect for a person who wants to live and stylishly.

The open floor plan includes a separate kitchen and bar area, a bathroom, and a balcony.
