The eat-in kitchen features a countertop made from a local live oak tree that fell during a hurricane and is fully stocked with essentials like a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, as well as dishes, utensils, and cookware that complement the home's decor. There is also a separate room with a dedicated workspace that can function as a home office, a washer and dryer and extra storage.

This home also offers private outdoor space with a screened-in back porch that leads to a fully fenced and landscaped courtyard garden.
