Within the gated community, private horse riding and hiking trails, private lakes and Valley views.

Eldorado County has 70 wineries and fantastic restaurants. We are also 40 minutes drive from California Shenandoah Valley wineries.

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
