Apartment is 430 sq ft, has a kitchen/living area and a large bedroom area, full bathroom with shower. Full size refrigerator and gas stove. Shared sauna and washer/dryer outside the apartment.
Owner lives on main level and the upstairs unit is rented, as well.

What we are looking for in our home community:
Someone social, who enjoys conscious, eco-organic/green living, an open communicator, has moved beyond the party life (has found other solutions to daily imbibing), responsible, keeps a clean and tidy space and is considerate. A sense of positive humor in this chaotic world is a plus!
Though we live separately and respect boundaries, we welcome those who are friendly and communicative and who enjoy engaging.
Gardeners welcome as we have a shared yard and loads of sunlight!
This is a home with smell sensitivities so no synthetic scents please. This includes laundry detergents since the washer and dryer are shared.
We do burn incense.
No smokers please.
Pets will be considered based on circumstances and references. Cats need to be super relaxed and friendly - hopefully just like their owners. Dogs - also chill, not left alone for very long, not puppies, friendly with owners who walke them.
$1150 includes utilities and WiFi for single occupant. Additional occupants will increase water, electricity and garbage fees.
First month's rent plus equal amount for deposit due upon lease signing.
Must be able to prove consistent income of two times the monthly rent. Credit score 600+.
Please tell me about yourself and anyone moving in with you (pets too). I'm not a rental management company so more information is desirable.
Owner pays all utilities including wifi for a flat rate of $150/mo for single occupant. Lease terms are 12 months. Deposit is equal to a month's rent including the monthly utility fee. Accepting applicants who keep a clean and tidy space, who are responsible recyclers, not sensitive to noise (floors creak), have good rental history and verifiable income equal to 2x the rent or more. $75 background check fee. Pets considered on a case by case basis.

If you luck out and get a good teacher your child will succeed in a big way, but at the same time if you get a poor teacher your child will fall behind quickly. The principal has been at the school for quite a while now, and she is overall an ineffective leader who allows certain teachers to get away with not doing their jobs. There is nothing done for disruption, there are slurs yelled daily with no more than a finger wag, and the treatment of many students is extremely unfair. The harassment led by students is extreme and makes the environment feel unsafe and irresponsible. I've seen students screamed at, told horrid things, and followed home. There is heavy use of drugs. Mature trees, beautiful Peninsula Park and sunken rose garden,charming restored older homes with personalized front gardens, convenient public transportation, on main bike routes.
