The pump was replaced in the summer of 2019. 80 Gallon Water tank - 15 years. Furnace and AC was replaced in 2019. Cathedral ceiling with fireplace in the Great Room. Recessed lighting in kitchen installed 2019. 30 year shingle for roof. Water proofing around block foundation. There were never any water issues. Sellers did this for extra added protection. Foundation is a higher elevation, 12 course block. All appliances to stay EXCEPT washer, dryer and 2nd refrigerator in the basement. It is very safe and family friendly! The gazebo in the center of downtown is famous for small bands, and is popular for wedding pictures! We also have an Ice Festival in the winter that draws a lot of local attention! A great place to live!!"
