The house has been renovated with an open floor plan on the main floor. The primary suite is on the main floor. There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The entry and kitchen have tile flooring. There are three downstairs bedrooms with laminate flooring and one with carpet.

The kitchen upstairs comes with a French door refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There is room for a dining area as can be seen in the pictures. The upstairs bathroom houses the washer and dryer, which come with the house.

Downstairs there is a large living space that would work well for an entertainment center and is great for relaxing on hot summer days. Additionally downstairs is the second bathroom with a tiled shower. There is one large bedroom downstairs and two smaller bedrooms.

The house has an attached two car garage. There is parking for 6 vehicles and possibly a camper. Installed is an automatic garage door opener for convenience. The front yard is moderate sized and has one large box elder tree. The larger back yard is fenced and comes with two small storage sheds. This house is set up well to meet most any groups needs.

The house is heated via forced air furnace which comes with central A/C for the summer.

There is a large back porch and yard. In the back yard are apple, two variety of pear and cherry trees. There is also a clothes line in the back yard available for the tenant.
