Three Fully furnished Private bedrooms in a 2 story 2700 sq ft house built in 2017. Located off exit 8 in spearfish. Landlord lives in the house and has his own living room, office, bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed plus desk/chair, closet, dresser and night stand lamp. there are 2 full bathrooms for roommates. Shared kitchen with large pantry. Full Laundry room with 2nd refrigerator and some storage. Large outdoor Hot tub. Large smart tv in living room with Couch, Recliner and coffee table. Very clean property. There is taxidermy and wildlife art in the house so no anti-hunters or green peace roommates.:). Roommate preferences are males, but an open minded female will be ok too. All utilities are included: gas, water, electric, garbage, wi-fi. Large lawn and patio. BBQ and propane firepit. Private drive. No pets. No smoking. No drugs.
This is a month to month lease after 3 months, There will be a small security/cleaning fee deposit ($300) which is partially refundable (minus cleaning fees) if there is no damage etc.

We did not really have any negative experiences, other than occasional discrepancies on the playground, and I'm not sure how well those were handled by the staff. Other than that, my only other issue would be how well they prepare children for the transition to middle school. A "no homework" policy may not be the best for them, although I understand allowing them to be kids and enjoy their last year of elementary school. My son had a good experience in middle school, and I really don't have anything negative to share. Boys/Girls Basketball, Volleyball, Football... are all broken programs for years and years with no willingness to fix.
