This 1930's historic home is located in the heart of Shadyside with easy access to restaurants, retail, and several universities. Original hardwood flooring throughout! The main level of the home features a kitchen with great cabinet space. Stainless dishwasher, refrigerator, gas range, and microwave included. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dining room and living room with a decorative fireplace. On the second floor there are 2 or 3 bedrooms. There are also 2 full bathrooms, one bathroom is ensuite to the largest bedroom. On the 3rd floor there is another bedroom and a bonus room. The 3rd bathroom is situated between the two rooms. The house has a brand new boiler system for heat and minisplit system for cooling. On the 3rd floor, window units are provided for A/C.     "If I could afford to live in Shadyside, I wouldn't choose any other neighborhood in the city. It's just the best in all ways: several huge parks nearby, minutes from universities, enough parking (though it's tough sometimes), tons of shopping, restaurants, and most of all the people who live there really care about it. This is Pgh's "chic" area. Very cool and urban but not uptight. If you're going to live in Pittsburgh, live in the east end - and from there, if you can afford it, live in Shadyside."
