Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms. Queen bed in the master bedroom with attached bathroom. Double bed in the other bedroom. There is also an open loft that could be used for extra sitting, play room or office.
Downstairs there are two small bedrooms with twin bunk beds and twin trundle bed. Bathroom and washer and dryer are downstairs.
There is a large yard for your enjoyment. The outside space is shared with a neighboring family.
The house is built on stilts that lift it 12ft off of the ground. There are stairs.
This is our personal residence for part of the year. It will be furnished. We have removed most personal items, but left books and games to be used with respect. Kitchen is stocked and functional. Linens and towels will be supplied.

Property is fully furnished.
Owner will pay for water, electric and garbage. Tenant will pay for gas used for heating, water heater and gas stove.
Parking for two vehicles.
3-9 month lease.
