Charming kid-friendly home available as a furnished short term rental, min 30 days. Available 3/16 - 4/30. The primary bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds, as well as a toddler bed (pack n play crib also available if needed). The third bedroom is set up as a home office with a height-adjustable desk and a couch with a pullout queen mattress for guests. Note, this bedroom has a textured glass door into the hallway so light carries through. The kitchen is fully equipped. Driveway for one car off street. Lovely fenced backyard with patio. Lots and lots of kids books, blocks, kids stool for kitchen, etc. Stereo system allows bluetooth connection. TV has HDMI or USB-C cord available for connection to your laptop.

Short term lease, min 30 days. Available 3/16 - 4/30.

Utilities and fast fiber internet included. No smoking. No subletting. Security deposit is due at lease signing and is non-refundable until move-in (ie. if you sign a lease but then don't move-in the security deposit is forfeited). Pet deposit of $2050 (refundable if there's no damage).
