About this House

This is in a 55 years and up community. No one under the age of 55 can live here. If you are not 55 years or Older please to not answer this ad. If you do not have proof of income do not answer this ad, if you do not have a rental reference do not answer this ad. No exceptions!

It is a newly renovated home with new tile in Kitchen new vinyl plank flooring in common areas, the 2 bedroom have new carpet,1 bathroom, everything has been freshly painted this property has a 1 car garage and a fenced back yard.

Again it is a requirement that anyone living in this home be over the age of 55, pls do not inquire if you do not have proof of income or references, the owner is not taking section 8 nor is it a subsided unit.

The renter pays all utilities ( water, power, trash if needed). Renter must keep water and power up to date at all times.

If you have a dog under 25lbs it must not be of an aggressive breed, yard must be cleaned of dog dirt at least weekly. Each pet will have a non refundable $200 dollar pet deposit.

Smoking of nicotine and or illegal substances are not allowed inside the home.
Front and back yard must be maintained by the renter

No more that 2 people may live in this home.

The rental agreement will be a Ca. month to month.

The city is out growing its small city infrastructure. Making traffic horrific. Enormous warehouses being built inside the city, will create local jobs! Overall, one of last affordable housing markets. With large homes ranging in the 500k "

This week the local Walmart has installed one way gates located inside the store to block consumers from exiting. Soliciting for Tamales, washing of your windows and petitions are a daily practice."

I dont recommend living here. the streets are horrible and way too many homeless people which people need to help these people get back on their feet.
