Separate laundry room with washer/dryer included.

ONE PERSON ONLY. Must be mature, responsible, and financially sound. We're looking for someone who wants a long-term rental but will consider shorter lease terms.

Owner pays for electricity and propane, garbage, and internet. Studio is unfurnished, but can be partially furnished (queen bed, TV and stand, rugs). Minimum 30 days written notice. First and last months's rent plus deposit required at signing. No smoking on the property. Parking on site adjacent to studio.

And if our apartment wasn’t hidden behind a large house I would worry about being broken into. It’s a hippy city and surfer and bro mentality or old ppl who don’t want it to change EVER ....the beach aspect is nice. But we are moving soon and I won’t be sad to leave. "
