Bonny Doon Elementary School

Our family's experience at Bonny Doon School has been wonderful. We started at the Community Preschool (located on the lower campus) and then progressed to the elementary school, an easy and welcoming transition. Our children have loved each teacher they have had, and as a parent, I have felt heard

Don't let the ratings fool you. This is definitely one of the best elementary schools in the area. They have a caring principal and wonderful teachers, and the campus is great. Both of my kids went here and loved it.

We have been pleasantly surprised by the high quality of teaching and concern for empathy in the children, after transferring here from Santa Cruz Waldorf School.

My daughter loves it. As summer approachs she will cry herself to sleep because the school year is almost over. The teachers are attentive and aware of each kids needs and do their best to support each and every one of their learning needs.

We love this school and our son is so happy there. We have found this mountain school offers a private school feel with the benefits of being free and so close to the house. The teachers are also so fantastic and engaging.
