Units 1 and 2 are on the ground floor and share a fenced back yard. The tenant in #1 is an older gentleman who has lived in his unit for 30 years.

You enter the apartment into a large living room. There is a sunroom off to your right, perfect for plants, an office, or a craft space. There is a clawfoot tub in the bathroom with a little extra storage area. The kitchen has room for a table and heading out to the backyard there is a mudroom with washer/dryer hookups. Space to garden in the back. Good space for someone with a small, well-behaved dog or cat.

The photos are a bit old... there is vinyl plank flooring in the sunroom, living room, hallway, and bedroom now. Will get updated photos posted soon

The unit will be ready about September 21st. Looking for a 1-year lease at $1295/month. First/last and deposit required.
