Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets (cats or dogs) allowed. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 per pet and pet rent of $25/month per pet.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for refuse service and any desired internet/cable services. a $150 charge will be billed monthly for electricity, water and sewer.
Laundry: No laundry available
Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance.
Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home, and these activities are not allowed on the property.
First-Come, First-Serve: We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant in Eugene.
Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of approval. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
