This one is sure to spark your interest! Come see this Immaculate home that backs up to the golf course. This three bedroom, two bath home is situated in the Cobble Creek community. As you enter the living room, enjoy the spacious living room open to the dining area. Beautiful, Brazilian cherry hardwood spans most of the entire home and the fixtures have all been updated for a more modern feel in the home. The Kitchen has white shaker cabinets, high end appliances, and an eat in nook. Enjoy breakfast while looking out onto the golf course. The oversized master bedroom is sure to have the space you need. Lush landscape is beautiful, with all different kinds of perennials and trees. They are absolutely stunning and in bloom! "I love my community. my neighbors are quite most of the time. my home insulated so as long as my windows are closed we hear very little.of course we are old so most of us don't hear great anyway. The park is beautiful but I never see anyone using it. kids ride their bikes back and forth so they are using it. I just never hear anything from the park."

"This is a super nice area, very clean, safe and affordable!! Beautiful entry way to neighborhood gives it an upscale feel...not your typical "mobile park" setting. This is truly a neighborhood. with great amenities such as scenic walking paths through vast open space where you can run your dogs, or just enjoy a leisurely walk. There is a playground and also a community center to use for your parties, get togethers and meetings. Snow removal in the winter is included, so it makes it an easy, comfortable place to live, making it easy for families or the perfect lock and leave property! Within 5 minutes or less of downtown. Shopping and all schools are close by. Montrose itself is a clean, safe, comfortable sized community. It has all the amenities you need with a mild climate and 300+ days of sunshine, and yet close to skiing and snow shoeing, biking, hiking, jeeping, camping, and only 5 hours from Denver!...you name it Montrose area has it ! It's a great place to call home!"

"I have lived here since my home was built in '06, and love the quiet and peace of the neighborhood. The views of the mountains are incredible here, especially if you have a home orientation like mine - south, 180-degree span of the east mountains, west Uncompahgre Plateau, and San Juans to the south. Ours is a very friendly street -- we all know each other, but do not impinge on individual privacy. "
