  • Trulia User
"It’s friendly enough in my area; All the stores are relatively close and I am not fearful for my life."
  • Trulia User
"None in this area. Closest community event are churches or on the strip. Strip is only 10-15mins away."
  • Ashley M.
"A lot of speeders through this area, important to watch kids when outside. Also public parks available in the area"
  • Raechel N.
"People don’t always pick up after their pets and there is a shortage of doggy bags some times, however everyone is decent"
  • Helen.torrea
"Schools are not the best, not a safe neighborhood. This neighborhood was nice before they built the suites. Now all we hear is cop cars every night. Desperately looking to move "
  • Gettabar
"all of the amenities of shopping centers public transportation Parks libraries schools. the people our family"
  • Aimee H.
"To dark in the neighborhood and not enough street lights. There are no dog parks around for the dogs to run around. "
  • Phil5791
"there is a dog park nearby as well as a nature walk area (duck creek and wetlands park). The area is relatively quiet and safe."
  • Ilikecake
"Easy commute anywhere from here, once you get to Boulder Hwy/515. Gas prices are generally cheaper here, being off the strip. Very centrally located. "
  • Godzillahdakilla8
"there's a big dog park minutes away and a lot of people go to this park it's a community base thing,,....,.,"
  • Ilikecake
"Some decent, well kept apartments and condos, great value for the money, being only 20 minutes from the Strip. Houses are super nice, again for the price. I wouldn't recommend letting young/teen aged kids roam too much. There's a certain sketchy vibe (but not so bad you want to stay away...) because of Boulder Hwy, like any busy suburban road way now a days. Overall, recomommend the Henderson/Whitney areas."
  • Ayla D.
"Don’t let your kids out by themselves because Boulder highway is a very busy street. Also make sure your children are hanging out with the tight crowd."
  • Angelina B. .
"I’m really not sure. I don’t see too many dog owners around. The area is good for dog walking. But there are no dog parks. "
  • Andreavictoria9357
"not the best area for small children, will see & hear things that kids probably shouldn't have to. my daughter does not go outside in this area simply because of the NEIGHBORS ! "
  • Lashonta B.
"very easy. Less than 20 minutes each way with traffic. But too many schools buses in the morning. But other than that, I don't mind the drive."
  • Lanquinda Calhoun
"I've lived here for 11 months and it is one of the cleanest neighborhoods and since I've moved in there have no crime ."
  • Qualonisheia C.
"Neighborhood commute to nearest grocery is about a five min drive ,however walking is about 45 mins..This neighborhood is a bit secluded "
  • Chuck C.
"Perfect location! A dozen minutes or less to the Strip, Downtown, McCarran Airport (LAS). Very quiet! Terrific neighbors! Lots of activities if you want them, otherwise peace & quiet!"
  • Fittfullshop
"I love the fact that I'm close to everything and can get anywhere in a matter of minutes. Also just moved to vegas area months ago and can't wait to find my permanent stay soon."
  • Bikergrams1 m. c.

"Great area with friendly neighbors. 24/7 guarded security. Dog park in community, and another big one right up the road. Big pool, and community center in heart of community."
  • schzapotlan
"I live here. and to me and my family this neighborhood is been a great experience for more than 4 years living here. The only issues I can disagree with is that some properties in this community are rented."
  • Sheila
"Area is clean and right a elementary school. However some ppl in the neighborhood dont keep it clean! The propblem I had was the walking guards in front of thr school, they are retired cross guards that dont let the cars go after the school kids crossed,, they make u wait forever, to go! nevertheless its okay not bad a little graffiti and bars on some if the houses."
