This 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft has an open floor plan uniquely designed to maximize natural light and offer a spacious feel. Quality upgraded finishes throughout all our lofts. Property features stainless steel appliances, fireplaces, granite slab countertops, breakfast bars, historic end plank hardwood flooring, full sized front loading Washer and Dryer in each loft, chic industrial lighting, extensive tile work, and designer cabinetry. Simply stunning.
The Armory lofts are typically leased "turn key" with full furnishing and housewares. All you do is unpack your suitcase. Rent includes high speed fiber internet served through the building fiber optic network and other utilities. Our residents also receive a full unlimited membership to Sanctuary. 1 year lease term. All lofts have a dedicated heat pump and air conditioner as well in suite Laundry, off-street parking and an unlimited membership to Sanctuary Yoga, Barre & Dance.
