Our design features include ultra high 12ft+ ceilings, stainless steel appliances, fireplaces, granite slab countertops, real hardwood floors, industrial-chic lighting, dens/nooks, extensive tile work, and designer cabinetry. Furnished options available. Each loft has its own mini split for heat/ AC that vents directly outside.

One year lease require. A screening fee of $40 will be required for your application
