It has a wide closet and a bathroom with shower. It has city, mountain and orchard hill view. It is on the first floor.

The house locates at Portola pkwy and Culver.

It is walking distance to orchard hill shopping center. It is 15 minutes to UCI, 10 minutes to John Wane airport and 5 minutes to 5 freeway and 10 minutes to 405.
It is less than 10 minutes to business plazas, 5 mins to tustin ranch market, 5 minutes to Woodbury shopping center, 5 minutes to 24 hours fitness and LA fitness, pavilion, alberson, costco, 99 ranch market, wmart, etc. and 10 minutes to District and Diamond Jamboree. It is close to irvine spectrum, south coast plaza, fashion island.
It is 1 minutes walking distance to swimming pools, jacuzzi and basketball courts and club house.
