Children can visit for couple of weeks, but not allowed to live in this senior community. Home is like new with tons of quality upgrades, and you will love this beautiful Robson Ranch community, that has 16 quality pickleball courts with very friendly Club of players, 4 tennis courts, beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot-tub, billiards, golf course, nice woodshop, etc. and all kinds of activities for active seniors going on all the time that you can use at no cost while renting a home in this amazing community. Great kitchen, 3 car garage, beautiful back yard with great barbecue, fire-pit, etc. The rents are higher at $2,400 per month in prime winter months from November 1 to May 1st, then would go back down to $1,900 per month from May 1st to November 1st. You can't find a better active senior community anywhere. You are welcome to use our two bicycles to ride around our Robson Ranch community, such as to go play pickleball, etc. I don't always notice messages, so the best way to get a hold of me is to call or text me on my cell phone listed. The home is actually 2,250 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, and 2 1/2 baths, but we locked off our master bedroom, which makes it 1,700 sq. ft. and two bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms for your use. The 2nd bedroom that you would have is also very nice with a beautiful queen size bed, and dresser as shown in photos, and has a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. The third bedroom/office also has a queen size bed for your guests to use. Renter pays all the utilities. None of the photos show the locked off master bedroom. The happy couple in one of the photos is my adorable wife and myself, Charles & Amparo.

    "Neighbors are sociable, respectful of everyone’s privacy and the HOA always does a fantastic job for our community and is always respectful to owners. Freeway is a mile away. We are in a gated community. Police patrols the area. Nearby great family restaurants, including fast-food drive-thru restaurants. "

    "Small towns are better in a lot of ways to me. I like the fact that I can walk to any place in 30 mins if I don't have access to a car. I like knowing most of the people who live here. I like the schools being smaller. Above all I like living so close to most of my family. We see each other at a few times a week if not more. "

    "Eloy is a very quiet place. most people here are not rich. the homes are well maintained and peole mind there own business. there are hardly any open business here due to a bad economy so shopping has to be done in Casa Grande. there is a supermarket and a dollar general, post office, schools for all grades, library, community center and itm even has a public pool. hijinx is kept out of sight. the cops don't like trouble here and are always patrolling. theres a fire department , hardware store and assorted other businesses. it a quiet place to gat away from big city insanity. "
