"Small town atmosphere. Family friendly. Horse ranches. Donkey rescues. New age and old fashioned. Cowboys and artists. Bikers and cyclists."

"Large residential lots, beautiful scenery and no HOA. Love the small town atmosphere with residents riding their horses to restaurants, impromptu tractor parades and art festivals. Very eclectic "

"It's paradise for dogs as long as they are large enough to deter coyotes. Small dogs need constant supervision and leashes. "

"Easy, we have a business we have run from home for 15 years. Commuting down the hall is great. Cave Creek is wonderful. "

"It's a quiet dirt road neighborhood that's a great place to live. Coyotes howling, hawks hunting, javelina and other wildlife always nearby. "

"Only 90 homes, very quiet community. The HOA throws a few block parties a year. There is also a group of “Women Who Wine”. "

"This area is so beautiful. The golf course community is gated and off the beaten path. This is such an active area for the arts, golf, hiking and other outdoor adventures. The schools are well supported and lead the valley in performance. "

"As a frequent visitor I had come to love this area and love the people in Rancho Manana. The golf course is amazing and with all of the arts and crafts in the area there is always something to do and see. The homes in the Rancho Manana development are nothing but luxury and blend beautifully into the mountains and golf course."

"Main street off Cave Creek pretty ratty (broken asphalt) and other streets super rough rock chip seal. Many overgrown trees and foliage in neighborhood. Spotty home quality as you head east and south. Some nice places nestled in with some not-so-nice (Steel buildings and old junky horse lots...) Whole area gives sense of "over grown" or "needing love.""

"There is so much to do in this area, even just sitting in the backyard can be an experience with the sunsets, sunrises, balloons in the morning for tourists, wildlife, the Town of Cave Creek, and the hiking, riding, horses, and wildlife ;)"

"This is a very nice area to live in. If you love nature, and the extreme beauty of the sonoran desert, this is for you. I always felt safe as a single woman living alone. Very walkable when it's not too hot, you can just go for a walk early in the morning to avoid the heat. I love the fact that you can plant a meyer lemon right near the kitchen door, and all of the beautiful natural plants and interesting wild animals. The sound of the coyote's singing is beautiful. I would live there again if AZ wasn't so unbearably 'right-wing'."
