Deck for entertaining out back, as well as a fenced in yard, perfect for dogs. One parking space out back and plenty of street parking available. Bright and airy - recently repainted with new carpet in basement and refreshed touches throughout!

The place is 10 minutes to Braddock Road Metro. Steps away from Swing s Coffee, the Simpson Dog Park, Aldi, CVS/Walgreens, and all that Mt. Vernon Ave. has to offer. Extremely convenient location to new Amazon HQ2 and the Pentagon. Five minute drive to Old Town, 10 minute drive to Crystal City/ National Landing, 15 minute drive to downtown D.C.

Rent is $3400/mo with the utilities in your name. We prefer a one year lease and would be open to 2 year or longer leases. We are very pet friendly and charge no additional pet rent.
