With only one shared wall, there are lots of windows for fresh air and beautiful afternoon light. The electrical has been newly redone and there are ample outlets in every room. The main area is a large, open living/dining with ceiling fan and built in shelves. There are also built in shelves in the bathroom, and in the large walk in closet. There is a fenced yard with numerous fruit trees, a patio area, and space for gardening. Shared laundry on site coming later this year. Street parking only. You will supply your own refrigerator. Indoor cats only are welcome with approval. Other SMALL pets (birds, reptiles) will be considered. All pets require approval. There is a $500 additional deposit with pets.
The term of the lease is 1 year, and subletting, including AirBnB-type short term rental is not allowed. Tenant will obtain and maintain for the duration of the Lease a renter's insurance policy covering the Tenant's personal property in an amount not less than $20,000 and liability insurance coverage in an amount of at least $100,000 and naming Landlord and Manager as additional interests. This is a smoke free property, and there is no smoking on the property, either indoors or outdoors. Cats are welcome with approval. Other small pets will be considered. All pets require approval. There is a $500 additional deposit with pets. Tenant pays for electric, gas, trash, internet/cable/phone. Owner pays for water, landscaping, and pest control.
