Located conveniently between Venice and Sarasota with easy access to I-75 and the new Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Enjoy our heated pool, pickleball & tennis, and our own private Kayak launch. Kayak directly into Shakett Creek which flows into Dona Bay and the Gulf. Bring your pets and stay the whole summer. Dog parks and bathing station too. Bikers: We border the Legacy Trail. Message to schedule or secure your month(s) rental this summer. Monthly rentals only. These are summer/fall rates only, Winter rates are $3,200/mo. JAN, FEB & MAR ARE ALREADY RENTED. Zelle, Venmo and ApplePay accepted. Credit cards accepted with 3% fee. I have 2 units available. Thank you.

Rental by month or multiple months during summer & fall months $1,600/mo.
Winter: 2 to 3 months required. Winter rates apply December thru April: $3,200/mo.

All utilities included: Electricity, water, Internet & streaming TV provided. 2 Large smart TVs in living areas and smaller smart TV in primary bedroom. Trash dumpster within community. All household furnishings plus all kitchen ware, towels, bedding. Paper products provided initially, but not replenished. Remote gate opener provided. Golf Cart available for additional rent. TOTAL STAY RENT PLUS DEPOSIT/FEES DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO MOVE IN DATE, Unless otherwise agreed upon.
