Utilities: Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas. Water will be billed by the landlord in addition to the monthly rent. HOA fees are included in the rent

Lawn care and Snow clearance: Tenant is responsible for maintenance of the backyard/lawn and for clearing snow on individual walkways, steps and sidewalks directly in front of the unit.

Required renter's insurance: Upon acceptance of application, you are required to provide proof of renter's insurance.

Lease term: One-year lease with automatic annual renewal. If the lease is terminated early, the tenant will be responsible for rent for the remaining lease term or until a new tenant is secured

Parking: Available in the garage, driveway, and any unmarked parking spaces. However, note that vehicles being worked on, stored in a visitor space for more than 7 days at a time, or not displaying current tags or plates, will be subject to towing at the owner's expense.

Pets: No pets.

Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
