The backyard is fenced and must be mowed, although I do provide a battery powered push mower. Walking trails along the Snohomish River are just 2 blocks away. There is a view of the Cascades, on a clear day. Pets are permitted with approval although there is an extra non-refundable deposit required. Easy access to I-5 or the backroads into Boeing.
The rent is $1,600/month and a matching deposit is required, so it would be $3,200 for total move-in costs. The rent includes water and garbage, tenants are responsible for electricity, cable TV, and Internet.
Owner pays for water and garbage. Renter pays for electricity, cable TV, and Internet. Utility costs should be manageable. Small dogs or cats are allowed, but there will be a $350 non-refundable fee added to the damage deposit. $150 or the security deposit is non-refundable for cleaning expenses and changing of the locks. A 12 month lease is offered, then month-to-month after lease has expired. No smoking. Tenants must help with maintaining the front yard and their half of the back yard.
