Hello, I have a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home with a single car garage PLUS an addtional 24x30 detached garage for Rent (GIANT MAN CAVE POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL 720 SQ FT IN GARAGE SPACE).Great for a hobbier as well. New bathtub and Porcelain tile. I just put in new carpet and freshly painted the entire home looks new. 2 bedrooms with carpet and the other has a ceramic tile floor. This is a very quiet neighborhood LOOKING FOR QUIET RENTERS, I live next door and enjoy our quiet area. Home has A/C and Gas heat furnace, dishwasher, disposal, and gas oven. It has electric and gas hook ups for a clothes dryer. On the back of the home there is a 12x16 concrete patio as well. Great area for bbq or family area.
The home comes with a stove and dishwasher. I have available older refrigerator, washer and dryer if someone does not have their own they can use while renting from me.

Quiet neighborhood. located between US HWY 90 and FM 2100. 2 miles to Walmart and less for all types of food and grocery stores.

Outside pets are ok.
Parking will be in driveway or in front of the home.
will take a 1 year lease, but looking for long term renters.

    "I came from a very nice country town in Dallas straight to the Crosby area. I am familiar with it since I grew up in Houston. I didn't like the area at first but it kind of grows on you. Still has the little country town feel to it and I've been surprised how many beautiful neighborhoods are tucked away in the pleather of trees and land. It may be bit of a culture shock for some meaning; it's definitely a redneck town with lot's of jacked up trucks, loud mufflers, four wheeling, beer drinking son of a guns but you also have a little town with class. "
