This is a studio including, kitchen, bathroom, closet, 1 carport and small back yard.
The space is perfect for 1 person.

Deluxe Trailer Lodge is conveniently located near shopping centers including Compton Towne Center, Gateway town center, Walmart, Elementary, middle school, and high schools, also very close to the 710 and 105 freeways.

Credit approval required, first month's rent $1250, plus a security deposit $1250 will be required to move in.

Viewings for this unit will be held upon calling for appointments.
Appointments, Monday-Sunday.

For more information, please call office Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.

Renter is Responsible for all utilities including: Water, Trash, Sewer, Gas & Electric.
Only small dog will be permitted with an additional $500 pet deposit plus $35 rent increase.
Carport for 1 vehicle only.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
No Smoking Policy will need to be signed upon signing lease.
