Deluxe Trailer Lodge is conveniently located near shopping centers including Compton Towne Center, Gateway town center, Walmart, Elementary, middle school, and high schools, also very close to the 710 and 105 freeways.

Credit approval required, first month's rent $1350, plus a security deposit $1350 will be required to move in.

Viewings for this unit will be held upon calling for appointments.
Appointments, Monday-Sunday.

Renter is Responsible for all utilities including: Water, Trash, Sewer, Gas & Electric.
