Description

It is located on a cul de sac bordering the Angeles National Forest. Deer, bears, and other wild animals visit the property regularly. An enclosed back patio is surrounded by 14 columns with niches. The large living room is particularly beautiful with its Cathedral Ceiling and petite Stained Glass Windows. Most of the light fixtures and curtain hangers are the originals that existed from the time the house was built. A newer section of the home was built in the early 60's. The entire home was recently upgraded with an efficient dual HVAC system and copper plumbing. Please view the attached photos.
Because of the historic nature and size of the property, a higher level of maintenance is required. Therefore, the landlord asks that anyone wishing to rent the property be open to allowing access for repairs to be made as needed.
Due to the presence of wild animals, it is advised that small pets be kept indoors. Tenants pay all utilities except water and gardening. Additional deposit of $500 for pets.

One year non-renewable lease. Landlord requires access to all crawlspaces, HVAC Rooms, and all other areas on the exterior of house for gardening and maintenance pursposes. Interior entry requires prior notice based on California Law.
