The Dog House is an upstairs two-story unit with 1500sqft of space. The original (circa 1850s-1900) cedar wood floors have been brought back to life throughout the entire space giving off a warm glow. The first level consists of a very large kitchen with skyline views and a custom poured epoxy countertop, a comfortable and cozy living room with a large tv, and a private bedroom with a king size bed and walk in closet. The bathroom (and bathtub!), as well as ample extra storage, are also on this level.

The second level is a unique loft style living arrangement. This top level alone is the size of a studio apartment with over 500sqft! Its currently set up with two queen beds, a seating area with a full size couch/futon and second tv, and a full size HAMMOCK! Just because! There are several room dividers of various sizes available to help ensure privacy among guests.

There is a shared turfed yard and a super groovy patio recently uncovered made from original South Side SANKEY bricks. A very neat piece of Pittsburgh history!

Pet deposit: $300/dog (negotiable for multiple dogs), $150/cat (negotiable for multiple cats)

One parking spot included out back, private
