    "the neighborhood isn’t the best to take your dog in a walk. Some dogs jump out of the gate, owners don’t pick up their dogs poop, and the sidewalks aren’t the best and there’s not much grass area to go walk your dog. "

    "It’s a unsafe area but neighbors are very good people, police is very active and their is high level of sound pollution in the area 24/7 almost. School is very near and teachers are great. There is a park nearby where homeless individuals are usually seen, packages are about 60% safe to be delivered. There is limited to no cameras and there is no gates and the apartment complex is not well maintained. There is need of signs and gate and security in parking spot and apartment complex. Management is new and inexperienced. Most people living are low income or no income with kids. Kids are very polite and well behaved. "
