"This isn't a safe neighborhood for children, I do not have any small children but I wouldn't like to live in this neighborhood with them."
  • Kourtney D.
"It’s not really safe outside for kids to play. It’s best if the parents are outside with the children. "

"Literally none unless you have a gated back yard. This area is progressively getting worst. You can’t stop and get gas at night. Your kids can’t walk alone in the neighborhood even to and from bus stop. It’s sad"
  • Prettylady1980s

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for six years and notice people take care of their homes and yards. My neighbors are friendly and will wave or if time allows stop to talk a minute. "
  • Sb431954
"Most people own them in this neighborhood. They are in a fenced yard, not allowed to roam the neighborhood and bother people or other neighbors with dogs. "
  • jekeiley
"We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and we love it! Our neighbors are friendly, family oriented type folks who made us feel welcome as soon as we pulled in to our new home. The neighbors look out for each other. There is a little bit of heavy traffic coming from silver springs drive, and to be honest a small amount of riff raff has been seen poking around, but our neighborhood is very diligent about keeping an eye out for trouble. "
  • Keywonwalker12
" peaceful neighborhood whole environment four people get along no fighting be able to walk outside not worried about somebody going to hurt you or what they're going to do to you people watching over you making sure nothing bad happened flexible landlord around a quiet neighborhood stores around me watching out neighborhood watch throw a meeting for checking our neighborhood cleaning up our streets and our sidewalks and planting garden"
  • Tyanna S.
"friendly people. they help one another, everybody sticks together. Quiet love to havr block parties in the neighbourhood for the holidays just honest people. "
  • Twmusa
"Neighborhood is family oriented. Walking proximity to various bus routes. Quite day time and nights with hard working respectable neighbors."
