"I love Baldwin Park because it has a lot of charm, is quiet for a city neighborhood and is unique in character with lots of easily accessible offerings to enjoy within a short walk from our home- bike lanes, restaurants, local stores, salons, parks, schools. My commute to work is quick, parking is easy and convenience is abundant. "

"It’s mostly an area for younger couples and college students. There are few families in the areas surrounding where my boyfriend and I live but not many. "

"people drive too quickly and treat the smaller roads like their personal high speed thoroughfare. instructing kids to be more careful due to these, and other issues related to dense car / pedestrian interactions. "

"My neighbors are amazing. I couldn’t have picked a better neighborhood to live in. There are kids outside playing and it’s a very dog friendly place. Everyone who walks by always says hi. "

"Close to the new wholefoods and the mall as well. Close to downtown and SCAD as well as good restaurants like Nairobias, the green truck and the kebab shop. I don't have small children but there are lots of families with kids in the Area. Have a walk down to Baldwin Park, it is a beautiful place to relax."
