**Courtyard is shared with owner who lives in upper unit with 2 dogs, who are both rescues, will maybe bark when you enter the gate, but will greet you with wagging tails and the hopeful expectation of a treat. ** This prevents us from allowing tenants with dogs in this downstairs unit.

We are close to the railroad tracks - you will hear the train as it passes 2 or 3 times a day.

    "I just moved a few blocks away from this area a month ago. So far everything has been stolen from my yard and porch. Three windows were smashed and the air conditioners were stolen. Not sure why so much crime when a new precinct just opened. Police have already been called to my house. They advised me to move."
