(We speak Spanish and English) Located less than 20 minutes to Lake Nona and Approximately 30 Minutes to MCO. The unit is brand new, and everything inside is new nothing is used. It is an accessory unit located at the rear of the main house. The space measures approximately 528 square feet and is very roomy; the interior offers enough space, we added a KING SIZE BED, as well as a small dining set, TV and the Stand for the tv. It features a private full bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink, and includes a small walk-in closet. There is also a kitchenette equipped with a small sink, a compact refrigerator, a two-burner electric cooktop, a portable range hood for odor filtration while cooking, a 9-in-1 electric pressure cooker, and a combination microwave/air fryer. Parking for one vehicle is provided outside the garage. No laundry facilities. For pet deposit required.

Utilities are included in the monthly rent; however, the tenant is responsible for any costs exceeding standard usage limits for water, electricity, or gas. WIFI service included in the monthly rent. (((Full lease terms available to share by message or email feel free to ask.)))
